I think it's dead

I learned a lesson tonight. Rushing to finish before dark is never good. Swapped my power and ground cables on my amp and click. So, am I correct in guessing it's dead? How much does it usually cost to get an amp fixed? Is it better to just buy a new one.

I've just tapped the power and ground cause I was to lazy to disconnect the battery. So don't feel to stupid.

Yeah it *****. I got one day out of it and disconnected it to clean up the install, then poof.
