**** i think i blew my l7

yeah ive only had my 10" kicker l7 for about a week now and i think its already blown. I had it hooked up wrong for the whole time untill today when i found the right adapter to match my bose system. But now it sounds like shit, when the bass hits hard it kinda pops. I also pushed on the sub and it moved pretty easily, one of my friends told me that was a sign of a blown speaker. I have it hooked up at 1 ohm "stable" but i doubt that makes a diff. I got it refurbed from ebay and says it has a 90 day waranty. Could i still send it back to be refurbed again? how much does that usually cost? Or is the speaker fine? All i know is it sounded wayyyy better when it first came.

Did you have the amps gain turned all the way up?

if it was blown, the cone would be stiff as hell to move. get a dmm and check each vc and see if they read close to whatever imp driver you got.
