either...

a) You're incredibly naive and yes, she's getting her rocks tossed by some other dude or dudes.

or...

b) If you actually have a girl who is too lazy to get her fuck on? She isn't worth having as an old lady...

This is, of course, dependent on whether or not the choice of abstinence was made for religious reasons. In that case neither of the above apply.
