i smashed on a w7

hey last night i went to a bondfire and one of my buddies there had a w7 and im pretty sure it was sealed, i didn't look. IIRC hes using an xtant 1001 or a jl 1000/1. well he was bumping his system and everyone was gathered round him and someone taunted me by saying "he's calling you out." they were trying to imply my "internet brand" idMAX could not compete with the w7. so i said "i think i can get louder" and they replied "you seriously think so?!?!?" i said "i wouldn't doubt it." he looked at me like i was crazy. the reason he probably reacted that way was becuz first of all hes never heard of image dynamics and second, i never blast my system to FULL GAIN-SET VOLUME with my friends in the car cuz frankly, theyre my friends //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif . so i go to my car turn the volume to 28 (which is what i set my gains at), roll my windows down and open my doors (for the mids/tweets to point outside hehe), and let my idMAX wang. everyone was amazed. not only did my infinity perfect 6.1 components drown out whatever components he was using but my sub was highly audible over his w7. Haha my brother does the same thing, when he hears someone else's system tryin to show off all he says is Blake, you gonna let them get all the attention w/ that weak stuff? I usually end up getting the attention..... Happens everytime.... At least when my amp wasnt blown, now i can do anything when people are all like "OMG that system hits!!!"

do u think if he put his w7 in a ported box the same size as mine it wouldve got much louder than my idMAX? i dont even know if he had components or just coaxials now that i think about it.
