cancel the payment and work it out with him once he cancels the auction. then have him set up a private auction to sell the item to you so its on record.

did he atleast send you an invoice to pay or did you just send the money?

So let me get this straight.......... you paid him tonight? Or Wednesday morning?

If you paid him tonight then wait till first thing in the morning to see if he replies to your email and/or cancells the auction.

Or just cancel your PaYPal now and work it out with him later. If he's honest he'll understand and work with you.

In the future NEVER pay like you did.

Hope it all works out for you and he's an honest seller and sticks to his word.

I wouldn't cancel the payment just yet... people let stuff go cheap all the time... just get ahold of him and pull it if it ever becomes fishy... but if you do get ahold of him try to get the BIN set up...
