i'm very disappointed in Mr. Non-Reader. I think the reason the American community is "dumbing down" is because the majority of people don't read regularly. I think reading not only broadens the vocabulary, but also increases attention span and patience. So to hear him discount reading as worthless is just ridiculous to me.
