i can't decide whats harder to quit, nicotine or Caffeine. i spent 500$ on boxing equipment, and yet can't get either of those **** things outta my system to pursue the sport lol. smokings all in the mind, a month ago i had been smoke free for 3 months. im single and when i quit i got lonely, fell for a chick got rejected and started smoking again as a fallback. it's all about knowing your triggers and replacing or ignoring them. but in my case the trigger that got me was formed after i stopped smoking, so was tricky. oh well
