Also I was at Target yesterday and they have an actual Nintendo DS game to help you quit smoking. How it works, I don't know, but that is nutz!

We'll congrats, today is my second day without a cig. I have a headache. and it sucks.

Should I get some chew or something so i can at least enjoy a little nicotene to stop the worse withdraws that are sure to come?

I Like to smoke cigs when I'm rolling and thats about it. I havent smoked weed for about 5 months. Not because I quit, I'll probably never quit maryjane. I just go through phases like that where I just dont really want to smoke anymore for awhile. Then, randomly 3-6 months later its bake time again!

Been about 5 months here cold turkey. I wasnt a chain smoker though so I guess that helped and plus with a daughter to in my life now its not an option anymore. Dont smoke when you go out and drink b/c you will just go right back to smoking again!!! Good luck man and who ever asked about Dip, dont do it b/c you will just be addicted to that

the first couple of months are hard...you might get irritable and begin to shake alot

just eat candy, gum, lolipops etc
