It's good that you quit, I got my exgirlfriend to quit. She said she always envied those who smoked b/c they looked happy. SHe couldn't run a mile a year after quitting but she didn't get sick as much

well it prolly has alot to do with the fact that im not some idiot who gets sucked into buysing $50 boxes of nicotine gum. people like that are retarded, just quit, its easier in the long run anyways

I agree and Absolutely refuse to Buy something to 'help' me quit. Part of it is my wife is on my a$$ for me to do it, as I was supposed to years ago, so I suppose spite has a roll in it as well.

Its been a while for me, quite cold turkey, smoked for 3yrs. Im at the point now were I cant stand the smell of it. I couldnt even when I did smoke, that smell...blehh.
