You must own a droid huh???n the 3g is trash 3gs was made shortly after to fix it and it was twice as fast as the regualr 3g pleaaase tell me what the best cell phone is ...........

I do own a droid, but I also have access to an iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 as well as my iPod Touch. Before that I had a Blackberry Curve 8310. There is no best phone its all in preferences. However in terms of hardware the iPhone 4 is bottom of the barrel. Its a common misconception that people have with Apple. Their products arent top of the line or revolutionary. They are outdated and overhyped before they are even released. The only thing holding the iPhone up is the hype and the clueless people like yourself.

My Incredible stomps all over the iPhone 4 any day in terms of speed, quality, battery life, apps, everything. The Android market is open and uncensored opposed to Apple's market where they take off apps that are redundant or apps they dont like. The Android you can do anything with, custom roms, kernels, icons, themes, remove things you dont want, etc. Point me to a custom Apple kernel or custom rom. Apple forces their subpar software down your throats, but they are the first to complain and file a lawsuit when their competitor does the same thing.

FWIW Ive never seen any droid manufacturer say: "Hey hold your phone like a contortionist. You wont drop calls this way". The 3GS was a flop and the 4G is a flop.

smh ill post pics of my iphone everything is custom from my dialing pad to my ipod to my text message's theres not once thing i cant customize on my phone..........

& as far as the dropped calls i honestly barley ever drop calls and my service is never slow.......... i tether from my iphone to my laptop and get download speeds upwards of 1mb a second and thats just on 3g

You continue to prove my point. The iPhones were outdated before they were even released and 2 of the models didnt even work right on release. I have a jailbroken iPod Touch. Still no custom kernels or roms for one. There are things you cant do on a jailbroken iPhone 4 like make calls. Its a worthless dud. The iPhone has far from the largest hacking scene in the world. I guess youve never heard of XDA Developers. Even if there were 20 custom roms and kernels for an iPhone it still wouldnt touch the amount of customization scene in the Android world.

you might be getting a little too carried away their. my iphone 4 has performed flawlessly for me. i have used other android phones and in my expierence, the iphones seem to be more user friendly. as in i find it more practical to where things are located and how to do them.

Ironic you mention that. As soon as someone bashes anything Apple guess who are the first to call it the best? They are doing something right, thats why they are no longer the top mobile OS platfom.

People hate on the iPhone for one of 2 reasons reason one they dont have 1 reason 2 they cant afford the plan! lol It's deff the best phone out by far the 3rd party hacking scene is second to none ! Theres not much you cant do with and iPhone jailbreak it and your looking at pretty much a free app store as well as countless other amazing 3rd party apps theres even an app to hide/block certain people from calling/texting you ! pow pow pow!!!!! I may be a lil bias towards the iPhone since i had it forever but The Moto Atrix is a bad mamjama too

do you know how many people have fucked up their iphones becuase of jailbreaking them? it is defiently not worth it to jailbreak. i did it to my 3g and it broke it

It is absolutely 100% impossible to brick an iphone, even with jailbreaking. You can get close, but there's always a way around it. I got close before, and it took a few days for me to figure out how to get it to restore, but I still fixed it.

The sim card issue is likely a broken contact. Happened on my last iPhone. You just need to solder on another contact. Not too difficult to fix.
