Those are pretty good reliable amps..Though buying used and not knowing the actual seller, you may never know the actual condition/issues that may not be presented/stated.I did see a couple amps BNIB that are in your price range also,and couple used.I dont have anything left that will run 2 ohms mono under 100 bucks at this time, or id mention it.But..you should have some kind of buyers protection from Pay Pal? that may help you if you encounter any issues that were not stated
