I Need Help Building A System

So I Want to build a system for My '84 Mazda RX-7 i want it loud and cheap i dont know anything about the specifications on speakers and subs and amps and all that nonsense im on a budget and would appreciate someone taking the time to give me a little advice and whatnot plz private meassage me so i dont have to sort through random discussion nonsense I really appreciate the help if anyone has any to offer
