I need HELP!! Anyone Live in San Antonio,Texas?????

The story is that there is this guy that i bought from sounddomain.com and he had like 4 or 5 good feedback with no bad feedback. Well, i like buying stuff for my friends so then i found a great deal for a BNIB Kicker L5 12" Dual 2 Ohm. This guy sent it the following day then recieved it a few days. Opened the box, and omg... i smelt a very nasty smell. I didn't want to think negative so i thought it was the smell of a brand new sub. Took it out the box and wow... Scruff marks under the sub, in the screw holes you can tell it is used, and a dirty cone. I really didn't care at first, because as long as the sub works i was happy and my friends happy. But.... then i examined it even more... what did i find? The coils all f*ed up. Yup, of course i was very dissapointed. So then i took action and kept calling his number he gave me. After a few attempts he finally answered and i told him who i am and then the problem. Then, he said, "well resend it and we will deal with the problem." So i was thinking and talking to some of the members in this forum and they told me to get a proof of him saying something about sending it back and if anything is broken, he will either send a new one or give money back. So he emailed me that, then i sent back the sub. After a few delays in the package from UPS, he finally recieved it. Called him, a few more times and we had short conversations about the sub. He was telling me stuff about, if i did anything to the sub and stuff, if i ever powered the sub, how this never happened to him before, etc. So i told him what are we gonna do about it. He then tells me to call him back later on tonight.

And now i'm calling him and its really getting me frustrated because it's not my package but its my friends. I care more about my friends stuff than mind. Which is why this is getting me frustrated because my friend is getting impatient.

You can see clearly the voicecoils and scruffs in the sub.

I also got a recorded conversation with me and him talking. I think this really sucks, because i can't believe what kind of service he's giving me and my friend.

So now, i was wondering if anyone lives around or in San Antonio, Texas that can confirm me that there is a store called "Stillwater Direct" because he claims he has some kind of business up there. Please, Someone help me.

I as well as another guy on here live in San Antonio. Ive never heard of a store around here called "stillwater direct". Main ones around here are mothers, galaxy 2k, custom sounds, auto xtras, and regular retail stores.

Nope..I edited my post above...Do you have the guys name by chance. A few weeks ago this moron came in the store for an interview and was tellin me some sort of stuff that he deals with kicker and sells subs on ebay and they sent him solo-x's for xmas, and so forth.

Dam, right now im calling and calling this guy is cell phone, and it seems like he doesn't want to answer my calls. He only answers when i use another number.

Definetly not a formal store so to speak. I see nothing in the phone book as stillwater direct as well as never heard of it around here before. I pm'ed u back.

After reading the pm you just sent me I really think it might be the guy that came in the store bc if im right he mentioned universal city as well as he was sure to say ___ amount of times that he was directly working with kicker and all this bs.
