i need help about to buy an MKIV golf look

ive been wanting a mk4 GTI for awhile now

and i came across this ad on craigslist i called the seller and he said everything was good. The only thing wrong with it was that it was backed into by a friend and he cracked the bumper.

Can you please take a look at the ad and tell me if its a good buy or not?

7k for a car with 165k miles!!

Sweet looking ride though but if I was going to buy something with that many miles for seven grand I would look into a 7-series or something. I also believe you can get a new golf for about 15k new.
