I feel your pain..

My Statistics teacher was an Asian named Dong Meiann. It took me two weeks just to comprehend 90% of the things she was saying. I was the only freshman in the class, but the older students had no problem talking her into lengthening assignment due dates and stuff. She gave in really easy.

I just dont understand why an instructor who struggles with the english language receives the responsibility of teaching a 200+ student classroom.

Because they are probably graduate students themselves getting paid $14K a year and free tuition.
