da fuck? I would been pissed enough to break the windows in the car.

My wife called everyone. The apartment complex, cops, animal control, etc. The complex wouldnt do anything because the dogs werent in the building.

Depends on the state. I live in an apartment complex and a couple moved in and kept their dog in their car because its a no dog complex. My wife called animal control and they said as long as the dog has a roof and gets walked once a day there wasnt anything they could do. Didnt matter if they rolled the windows down or not either.

Glad I don’t live there then because that car would end up with broke windows. I don’t play with animal cruelty. To me it’s no different then abusing a kid. Neither can fight nor speak up for themselves so that’s where I come in.
