yep internal will be 5.20 using .75 thick MDF. Dont forget about the displacement of the subw. You will be right at 5.0 cu ft.

Kicker's recommended sized already include the displacement of the sub. I went through a whole long spiel with Kicker about this over the phone. If it says 5.2 cubes, build a box that's 5.2 cubes before the displacement of the sub.

I just figured that it might look bad if you could see the cuts on the fabric, wasnt sure if somehow it needed to be tucked in somewhere. Sorry
