honestly the shining is the only horror movie i really like, and i think it's only due to the fact that it's a S.K film...
resevoir dogs was more for the cinematography than the plot...

true romance is really good i suggest it to everyone. Written by Quentin Tarantino, but directed by Tony Scott

and After Hours is a REALLY early Martin Scorsese flim, it's a dark comedy about a guy who has a really bad night, and it just keeps getting worse and worse in the most unpredictable/unreal ways...

and I don't dislike Donnie Darko, i've probably seen it 10+ times, i just think it's severely overrated, for it's complexity and overall quality.

and i think lucky number sleven was written amazingly

Yea, I saw V in the theaters first night, I loved it. We just got it in the mail yesterday too (Blockbuster FTW).

I thought V was kinda lame... glad I watched it for free

lucky number slevin was fun enough to be worth the actual movie ticket...

Should have seen Sin City in the theater

Resevoir Dogs - meh

The Departed - worth the **** $9 I paid to watch it

Full Metal Jacket - in my top 10

the Star Wars Series - some good, some boring

Snatch - holy crap this is a **** good movie!!!!!!

Fifth Element - decent worth a rental or two

it's a uniquely done film , very dark plot, variety of great actors (i still wanna make love to jessica alba's face), action AND drama emphasized, and a remake of a classic comic. easy to see how some people would flipa shit over it. i personally think its decent.

Like I said, it really wasn't hard to follow what was given, but they could have done a lot better for the over all storyline. I've never been a big fan of that style (I like Pulp Fiction, but I thought that was overrated too). I guess I just don't like the whole "mix all these together" type movies.

The shining is an awesome movie, one fo the best horror movies, since it at least had a plot and was well acted. Instead of a guy with a chainsaw. Donnie darko was a good movie i enoyed it watched it 3 or 4 times to truely get a grip of the movie. Lucky number slevin is my top 10 as is V for Vendetta. U really need to see V.

I've personally, only tried watching Sin City once.And I was doing other stuff at the time, so I couldn't really pay attention to it.

Some of my FAVORITE movies of all time include: Pulp Fiction, Casino, Goodfellas, Kill Bill vol. 1 & 2, The Shining, just to name a couple.

I've watched Donnie Darko a couple times.I thought it was pretty cool the first time I watched it.Then again I was tripping on something, that made the movie seem MUCH more interesting.Trying to watch it now isn't as interesting once I experienced it like that.In fact, some parts I think are downright stupid.

I will try to watch Sin City again, but it's not something I won't live without doing.Maybe I'll get it and watch it tomorrow.
