I would think a battery would need tons of packing. I would wrap in like 3 inches of bubble, then wrap some cardboard, and then some noodles, or something simmilar, and then stick it in their box. Those shits are heavy, and people aren't expecting a box like that to be that heavy.

When I ordered my batteries they basically stuck them in a box and sent them to me... They both arrived cracked.

Yup, if i was shipping them, i wouldve spent the $30 on 2" blue foam from the hardware store. That would hold them great. The boxes were handmade from extra cardboard from the looks of things

I ship usps and havent had a problem with subs yet. Ive shipped some pretty big subs too.. They are more expensive and their tracking sucks but its worth it.

They aren't going to honor the insurance on those either, so I hope the shipper is willing to pay.

Id hope so. He said he shipped every one of them like he shipped these but he shipped through Fedex and hes never had a problem.

I wraped an IDmax 12" in a queen sized mattress pad

along with 30sq ft of bubble wrap

I filled the empty spots I could find with newspaper

cost me about $50 to ship it
