i wasn't really chewing on it like you would chew on gum, but i just had the tip of the plastic part in my mouth with the actual tack not in my mouth. i dunno what really happened but it somehow launched into my throat. oh well, life goes on.

Yea your stomach acid is pretty caustic and can actually burn stuff with it(ph as low as .5!!!) so you might just dissolve that bastard.

actually acid is on the low side of the Ph scale, caustic (sodium hydroxide) is extremely high like around 14 on the scale. I used hydrocloric and sodium hydroide daily at work
