Yes, A homeowner can pull thier own permits. However my licence enables my to pull permits for anyone, for new home construction as well as remods.

Maybe you should read up on what licences are needed for what.

A union card is nothing, I worked for Kraus Anderson construction Before going on my own. And after I got a contractors license , which is as easy to get as your, it ALSO enables me to pull permits.. Your at a stalemate son, and going nowhere fast

Well, I too have my home improvement contractors licence, as well as my OSHA 10, (needed for gov and state work, Which I do) and working on that new cert for painting contractors.

Plus I had a subsciption to CA&E mag.
