Eh, i show off cuz i have wayyyyy too much self confidence. Around the guys and people i dont know or dont care to know i am proly one of the most arrogant and cocky people on earth, unless im chilling or with a girl, then im calm, collected and sweet.

just some advice. a vehicle with a power glide ****** isn't a daily driver ever. Also a 409 bored over at .6 wouldn't be a daily driver either. The cylinder walls are so thin a that point its only good for maybe 4 hot laps before you destroy that thing. Try and drive that for more than a few min down the road you'll be sitting at the side of the road with a vehicle that doesn't run because the engine is one big cylinder lol. even a built 409.thats bored out isn't bigger than lets say a 427 thats about as big as its going to be. or lets say a 6.1L. or so. (dunno exacctly what the 427 would be but lets guess) even with all the bolts ons. 3 to 400 hp isn't going to just be bolted on. and spray is only good for a lil while. That blazer wouldn't do a 9 second quarter sorry. Not unless it was pushing alot more than that. Most vehicles wouldn't come close to a 9 second quarter. Lets look at something. The Susuki Hyabusa will do the quarter un like 9.8 or just under 10 seconds. Are you claiming that a N/A blazer is going to come close to a busa or even faster? LOL. even sprayed out. not gonna happen.

the blazer the way you described is designed for one thing only. a strip. and even tho its street legal. doesn't mean you should drive it on the street. And if its street legal its probably got street tires, meaning there is absolutely no way that thing with "800 hp" would hook up and launch. It would just eat some tires up.

its an S10 blazer also, that matters i guess. He mightve said 600 but either way he drove it for a while then needed to sell it because it his landlord is a *****. Its got traction bars on the back and DOT drag radials.

First of all thats 265 ft.lbs stock. and actually its much closer to around 3000 lbs. granted I didn't really take into account that I hit the clutch awhile first to make it quiet, so i'm probably only doing more like 30 when I actually spin, but still, that car's second gear is a beast. And it will do a 10 mph spin even with traction control on, maybe you forgot to turn it off.

lol sorry but no. at 30 mph you dont' burn out. you may churp a second thats about it. No burn. sorry. Put it this way. I got a buddy who has a 91 porshce 929 with a LS1 swap. The car weighs less that 2500 pounds and the vehicle has over 500 hp. a LSD rear end and to say the least is fast. at a 3 gear roll at about 65 mph, he can break the rear end loose, BUT not for very long. and he as about a 4.8 pound per hp ratio or something like that.

And like I said I've driven the myvac v6. doesn't have the power at even 30 to burn the tires. lol. gonna maybe at best make a little churp sound then hook up.

curb weight for the spyder which is lighter than your vehicle IIRC is around 3600 pounds. so. lets do the math lets assume that you've done a few mods. say intake, exhaust etc. lets give you around 280 hp

with the weight of the lighter spyder, with a lil more hp than i'm sure you run its still around 12.8 pounds per hp. thats alot of weight to say a 30 mph burn is capable. the car is fun to drive yes. BUT it wont burn at 30 mph. i'm sorry thats a stretch!
