I just got pwned?

I was looking for a cheap little radar detector, well I found what I thought was a good deal, but now looking around on the net found people saying the detector i bought is nothing but junk.

Bought a Cobra XRS 9500 for around $50. I live in a small town in KY and cops usually just park in a few random spots trying to catch speeders. I deliver pizzas and want to get a good tip so I go a little over the speed limit. Cops usually don't mess with pizza guys around here, but I got a new car and don't want to put the gay sign on my car cause it either scrathes the tint off my windows, or puts nasty scrapes on my roof, plus I gave my sign to the new guy.

I am not really driving in any huge citys or anything. You think this radar detector is gonna be alright. I eventually wanna try to get a V1 but they are kinda high.

If this detector is a pile of shit like I have read than it would be useless.

I have read pretty good reviews about cobra before buying it, but seems like after buying it all I can find is negative.
