I have come to the conclusion that...

here's what i'll do. anyone who is hating on my design or knowledge of audio, i'll send u my bookshelf speakers for 50 dollars (they are worth more like 450-500, but i got the drivers/parts for really cheap). if they are not the most transparent mid-high speakers you've ever heard, then i'll give u ur money back (but i'm taking the ****ing speakers back as well). if u do love them, you can keep 'em and for all i care say that they're your own make and model. also for all u haters, how many 16 year olds do you know that can design, model and build crossovers, speakers and an amplifier? better yet, how many people on this forum can? didn't think too many.

Ive seen lemans enclosures...they sure are sexy with 6 bottles of caulking oooozing out of his crooked cuts.
meka, how about u design me an TMM tower with a second order LR crossover with points at 800 and 2800. we also need it to nominally be 6 ohms with separate midrange enclosures internally. use audio theta caps, 14 awg jantzen coils and we also need an impedance eq network in there, or u could use an l-pad. i also need u to have a slot port tuned to 80 hz. this needs to be able to have the smallest knee possible as well, so ur probably gonna want to use some damping foam or roofing felt. drivers need to be flush mounted and are about total 7" in diameter each with a tweeter that has (with flange) an overall diameter of 4". remember, you'll have some harsh resonances so we need to put a layer of sheetrock behind the baffles. a few shelf braces will be nice as well. we also need to have the tweeters offset to match the room that you are listening in. we need it to have a textured black lacquer finish as well and have independent binding posts. you must also design the crossover without a computer program or the internet (just to learn how to do it) and resort back to the standard L/C formulas. you need to also do this while being 16 (too late for u but u can still try) and never having taken a calculus or physics related class in your life, and you must learn how to do everything by reading and by spoken word. you also must not have anyone buy anything at all and not have anyone help you out in any way shape or form. while you are working on that, you can take a look at this for visual suggestions:

if you need help on which drivers could work, i suggest these

you can also take them over to your neighbor's home and cover them with a sheet along with the neighbor's speakers (add things to make them look the same and that you cannot tell the difference) and reveal that the neighbor was just pwned buying polk lsi25s

do this for me, then we'll talk
