I have a dumb Focal question?

I'm considering Rainbow, but have never heard them in person. I know they sound good because a friend told me, and we have the same taste. My question might be dumb because I've heard the Focal k2p. Is there another speaker out there that can compete with the k2p/krx2 for half the price? I like the way they sound and would like to hear from only the people that like the k2p's. Is there a night & day difference between the Focal K2/165 KF powers and the k2p's?

The KRX2 replaced the K2P. The two Rainbow sets I heard I really liked. If you like a bright tweet the Focal are the way to go.

The next line down for Focal might fit your needs. But your not realling going to find something the is 1/2 the price and perform like they do. The focal K2P lines are amazing and so are their replacements. The only thing way you'll save a little bit of money and still be getting an amazing speaker not if better one is by buying the Polk SR6500's.
