I have a dual 1.4 RE MT and want 1 or 2 - IA 20.1's

what would be the best way to do this setup, 1 or 2 IA 20.1's ? I have a dual 1.4 RE MT 18 and need to get some power to this sub for daily. I have 2 yellowtops and a 280 amp alt so please off any suggestion. this will be for daily and bassrace thanks

i think one at 0.7 ohms should be good fro daily.

at 1.4 ohms the 20.1s dont really shine, they do once you get low ohms

(2) 1.4 coils in parallel is .7ohms. (1) 20.1 daily on that would be fine.

My opinion...

Buy two and run one daily. Use the other one during bassrace strapped at .7 on the pair...that would be .35 on each amp and they would put out plenty of power for one 18" mt.
