I have a 1500W amp and need help with electrical system

If you insist but they are probably going to take you for a ride as for cost. They will probably charge $45-$50 to do it, $6/ft for wire, and probably $3 per connector. so probably about $125. Its you money, but I'm telling you it is really easy to do and will probably cost you $30-$40. But back to the original topic, get a voltage meter like this... Stinger Digital Blue Voltage Meter Amp Amplifier SVMB | eBay or similar to watch the voltage and full tilt. If it is dipping low then pick up a second battery, if it is still dropping very low then get a bigger alt.

its really easy man, im 17 years old never done anything to a car or done stuff with car audio and i did mine fine 2 days ago

yeah when i look at my alternator all i see is a bunch of wires i dunno whats what lmao and the engine ground or what ever that is i have no clue where thats at in my car. i Just have the feeling ima mess sumthing up or touch a wire to something that shouldn't be touched then pop something blows

you most likely want to do a new ground, and there is 1 wire and you don't take anything out you just add more on top of it and the bigger wire is basically " Bumped Up " and is used instead of the old one, but you don't want to take out the old wiring... i learned this the hard way

yeah a new ground for what? i know you need the engine ground and the alternator ground and then the battery ground only issues is i don't know where any of these are. XD like i said id feel more comfortable letting a professional do it
