I HATE this!

I just got a call from one of my mom's friends. Apparently my mom accidentally gave her my # instead of her #. No biggie. I tell the lady that she must've slipped since our #'s are so close to the same. Soooo, I say let me give you her #.

"Well, she gave me xxx-xxxx as her number".

*Me thinking to myself*

"Well, moron, you called that number, yes, BUT it's not the correct one".

I gave her the right number and hung up.

I HATE when people call me looking for someone else, then rattle off the number they called (my number) to me. I mean, what do they think?... That I'm playing a joke on them and I'm gonna be like "haha, I'm just kidding, you called the right number" at the end of our convo?!

I hate when I'm on the jobsite installing some garage doors, or dock levelers etc..., and people come up to me like

So you're hanging some garage doors. I always follow with something along the lines of "nope, putting in some hardwood floors. Or, Nope, replacement windows." . Most people get the hint after that, but some just stand there trying to figure it out.
