I get a blocked/restricted call on my cell phone.

Somebody just called twice and the caller id said "restricted" so I didn't answer.

They actually left me a voicemail, but it's all distorted and shitty sounding so I can't hear anything. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif It does sound like somebody said "tommy" in the beginning of the message, so I'm thinking it was somebody that actually knew me.

Yeah i have that alot on mine.. most of the time its the wrong number, but by chance they're calling someone with the same name.. has happened to me alot
