I was going a bit to fast around a curve, my back tires started sliding, I almost got it straight and then went into this ladies driveway, fell in the ditch, and flipped about 5 or 6 times. We hit a gas line (it was spewing out) and broke a power line pole in HALF. We landed in a shallow pond sideways (my door was in the water) and got out through the sunroof. The cops said we were lucky to be alive at all, much less completely unharmed, because even after the wreck, the power line was dangling like right above the water and we should have been shocked. Even more, the gas line had caught on fire, and had the pressure dropped, the flame would have sucked back into the pipes and basically everything around there would've blown up completely. And the car was still running the whole time, and we turned it off after we got out and figured out what had just happened. Then at the junkyard today it still cranked up like nothing was wrong, though it's obviously totaled.
When it happened, it didn't even feel real, we were just riding along in the air. And then I remember flashes of light from the power line sparking I guess, but I can still very vividly see the images of us sliding into the ditch and going into the air, but after that, it's pretty blurry until we landed and got out. So I guess I'm still in my old red Ranger.
