That doesnt prove anything. Peopel get shot all the time in every city. Right now they are investigating 3 people being found shot in baltimore. Noone heard or saw anything. And the other one where a blockbuster manager got shot, a lot of people saw they two people that shot him.....they still arent caught, no motive, they think it was an attempted robbery. He was the brother of a cop. So, what was your news article supposed to prove?

Im not saying that confronting this person wont get ricky shot, I am saying that going to that neighborhood will not get you murdered. You guys are making it seem like its a war zone, where if you dont belong they are going to kill you. I dont believe that for a tenth of a second.
