its already at a claim, I've been told that since they had buyer protection on the auction if I don't get it back from the seller then it will kick in and pay it back. If not I always put the shit on a cc, so they will get a call...

Only thing that would have thrown a red flag for me was the image was watermarked from a different company name. Up to that point they seem to have had ok feedback.

I had check his feedback prior to it and figured it was ok, I bid before the others did.

Looks exactly like the nano, even comes in the ipod nano case with real serial numbers on the package. Cept the numbers on the package are different than the ones on the actual "ipod". And the package says its silver when I got black...
