but wen i got back and turned on my computer.... my D drive was corrupted. I couldnt believe it. That drive had ALL my music, ALL my movies, and ALL my pictures. GRR. start from scratch... this sux.

so did you install the fresh version of windown on the apple or on a regular pc? you have got to tell me where to get me a copy of that new version of windows.

You know you can usually retrieve all or most of the info on a hard drive in such a case....

But of course unless you know how to do it yourself it could cost some $$$

Never mind on the windows xp-n. all it is is the regular version of windows xp with out the media player and some other midea files that dont come with the new n version in europe and costs the same as the full version.

Just get the beta (Vista) it used to be called Longhorn, but they changed it...

Keep in mind that it is still in Developer Beta 1 though...
