yup he would still be in trouble and you would still get your **** back... and i highly doubt this to be the case..if he has both items and is selling them that cheap...he stole them himself.

Alright, I'm waiting for an email from the guy. I emailed him about the radar, and got my cousin to email him about the ipod, that way if one of them sells, we'd still have bids on the other. So I'm just waiting now. My grandfather is an attorney, I think I'm just going to ask him what to do. It got stolen at his house, and he's a reputable attorney in the Nashville area, so he'll know what to do.

Most certaintly not necessary at all. We're all reputable attorneys here. By the way, you are aware of the various fees being incurred during this thread?

yep he would still be in trouble and yes it is unlikely but you would be in alot more trouble if you just went and beat his *** and it turned out he wasn't the actual thief. I think Buck chose the right way to handle it and hopefully the cops bust the guy and get that **** back

yeah... i thought this was gonna be epic. I would of set up the sale and had a few buddys waiting around the corner to help in the questioning in said stolen goods.

Likely outcome would of been the guy handing over the gear and not wanting the police to show up. If he decided to get gangsta then the friends would come in handy to regulate this fool.

You get the cops involved and it turns into a big red tape bureaucratic ordeal where proof of this and that is needed and thats if you can track the guy down in time before him and his CL posting dont disappears first.

this could likely turn into a failed attempt at redemption because the cops are almost as big of douche bags as the crooks.
