its not like hes just going to stand there for an hour. its a quick thing. and also if there is no violence then i dont think people would call the cops. and the thief will only have the option to hand over the stuff.

You cant blockoff a parkinglot and rollup like that and not expect to have the cops called.

Dont be a vigilante I know you want your **** back and I defientaly know your pain, But go though the proper channels, Get your Serial numbers, Contact the Police and tell them you need their assistance in recovering stolen goods.

If you assault that guy in anyway then he can press charges on you, yes he is a theif and a piece of trash but they have rights too and then what?! You go to jail for this scumbag and a 150.00 dollars in gear that can be replaced?

I had some wheels stolen off my front porch years ago. I ended up finding them on a car months later and the kid that bought them "who at the time I thought stole them" **** near got his *** beat for something he didnt do, Yes he had stolen property but he got them from someone else, Needless to say I called the police after trapping the kid at the Taco Bell and ended up getting my wheels back.

Dont lose your head it is not worth it in the long run.

beating his *** might be fulfilling but its going to last what 2 mins and he heals in a week???? He'll be back doing this to someone else a week later. Call the cops get his *** thrown in jail and if he has more issues then he goes away longer......

Contact the police and have one of them come with you. Meet up in a public place and have the officer in site, but not anywhere too visible. Talk beforehand about a signal you can use to tell the officer to come over after you know for sure he has your stuff. I've done this several times, always works.

As bad as you want to kick his ***, it's not worth getting sued over. Or even worse, going to jail and having to go to long court hearings.

actually i can. ive done it before both at a circle k and at a park parking lot. if its quick people wont do anything hell most people wont even notice. keep it quiet.
