i finally got some subs for the car...

today i came home and saw:

2 10" zeuz 300RF (150RMS)

i like the zeuz's

but there is a problem...these subs are all used...they were shipped in from NY...the xplod only plays when i push the cone down...then it may continue playin till it gets bass....the slightest bass signal makes it cut off...and would only play the bass when i press the cone down....

i know it aint the best sub out there for fact...my 12" blast king (same RMS wattage - 150RMS..as the XPLOD) kills it in every level...

but why is it not playing as is...and what can i do to aid the problem

and of course ima make a nice lil ported box...buy a 300w amp and throw it in the car...for the 10's...but i cant just leave the sony doin nun...all i need it to do is hit a few bass notes clean and i might be able to sell it and get some $$$ for the amp

1. delete sig

2. toss the sony

Could be a problem with the tinsel leads on the sub... doubt you'll be able to fix it I would just toss it since you got it for free

I say kill the sub and take a vid of the kill. Host the kill on ROE.

Delete the sig. Go with something that fits you/your setup.
