i feel a relapse

not even gonna lie,i listen to real music..90's shit.not no ****** *** mainstream shit like a good majority of the people on this site.but old eminem is legit.that dude can flow i dont care what anyone says

On March 5, 2009 Interscope Records announced the release date of Relapse and also revealed that a follow-up album, Relapse 2, would be released sometime in the second half of the year. In a press release, Eminem explained that he and Dr. Dre had recorded a considerable amount of music and thus, "Putting out Relapse 2 will let everyone get all of the best stuff."[2]

As I listen to the album more, I like it. The second half is much better than the first.

One thing that Eminem has improved on a lot is his rhyme schemes and the way he strings his words together. It's better than any other rapper in my opinion. He's more for people with respect for the actual art form than people who just want something they can sing along to that's simple. I love listening to stuff that you have to listen to multiple times to really catch what they just said. That's the biggest thing I think Eminem has improved on.

The album is awful, seriously. The beats aren't that great and eminem just ain't the shit no more. The three singles = rest of the album

it drop hard just after the intro, which was the best part of the album //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Idk, all you guys are saying you don't like this album because it's mainstream but I think this album brings it back away further from mainstream. Eminem has always been more about lyrics than beats and this album is like that. For the most part (besides the singles), they aren't songs you can sing along with, just sit back and nod your head with it... that's what I like. Listen to Underground and Stay Wide Awake for example.

coming from a guy that has an ava of the worst rapper alive. i havent heard the album but it has to be better than the carter III

I said it another thread, but did not see this one.

I am an Em fan and I am dissapointed with the album, handful of good songs with nothing that stands out too much.

Relapse 2? Gunna have to be pretty dam good to redeem after this one I think.

there are definately some **** good songs on this album with good content and ridiculous flow/scheme. (underground, deja vu, beautiful). A few of the other songs lack good content but the way he flows n strings the words together are sick (same song and dance, must be the ganja stay wide awake), like in his younger days. Solid album.

I will go as far to say that it is a....

great album. Not every song is great, but overall, it's great.

Insane, Stay wide awake, old times sake, deja vu, beautiful andn underground are the best ones.

it sure beats the piss out of encore. That album made was absolutely terrible. This album has about 3 good songs, and a couple more pretty good ones that i enjoy. The rest isn't that great but hey, nothing will be as good as his first 3 albums.
