Been there , Done that. Did it so much that I eventually had surgery to replace the tendons damaged by the stretching.

Dislocated mine 3 times while lifting enormous amounts of weight.

I pull a he-man and pop it back into place myself. No surgery needed. Tendons obey me.

I probably Dislowed my left arm 8-9 times before surgery and left one about 3-4 . Only had left one done and thats been almost 30 years ago.
