I can't get my Pioneer DEH-4900IB head unit to play sound

My car is a 1997 Ford Mustang, and it just had the stock cassette player in it. Just recently I just went and got the head unit because it had the ipod input. After all the trouble of taking the old one out, getting the wiring harness, splicing everything to the input for the head-unit, no sound at all comes out. Everything else works fine though...I can find the radio stations, I can plug my iPod in and it detects it and starts playing. It will play CDs...there is just no sound at all. Do I have to use the RCA inputs??

I am at a complete loss of what to do:(

Okay, I figured it out...the internal amp wasn't on. I wasn't aware that was what the blue wires were for on the wiring harness. It works now!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
