i am pised off bc i think this thing was shot when i got it why else would the amps volts decrease on the dmm when i was setting the gains and passed a certain point

wouldnt the volts keep going up but just be a clipped signal

If you just bought it, contact the seller and tell him you received a defective unit. Don't give details or specifics, less is more in this case. Honestly answer questions they ask about the installation, if any. They may or may not honor it depending on the situation. If you did something wrong be prepared to **** it up. If not, the seller should make it good. You're still gonna be responsible for shipping costs. It's worth a try.

well i am pretty sure i didnt have a voltage drop i mean when i didnt have the subs even hooked up and i was setting the gains with a dmm the volts would only go up to a certain point then start dropping on the dmm like i was trying to get to 54.77 it would get to about 48 and start decreasing
