I am thinking of renting an apartment..

well if you call it a risk then i segest you stay with ur parent's for the rest of ur life...not takeing chances in life.... is a waste of life...
I have insurance, a good job, good pay, etc.

I could move out, but why incur the extra expenses?

It is quite expensive to live alone.

Wow. I don't get it. I moved out after I graduated HS at 18. I can't imagine still living with 'rents at 23 now. That's weird. How are you not virgins?
Hey baby, I'm not a playa, I'll even have my mom make you breakfast in the morning. Lady makes a nice happy-face chocolate chip pancake.

Also me and flip are manwhores. We just have *** with girls and move on. We aren't into the dating and bringing home chicks. Also my parents live in Florida during the winter so I only live with my parents like 6 months out of the year.

I have *** in her car, at the park, etc.

Most of the people in their 20s I know live at home.

If I moved out, it would only be closer to work...which is about 40 miles away from friends and family.

yea there is no doubt about that... my rent is 600+ a month. plus phone bill, credit card bill, car insurance, gas money, grocories.. ect....

i got my homeboy from ohio to move out here and go halvzeees on the rent.

but still it is pricey...

but i have learnd allot about budgeting ect...

So I see you've given up on the job search for me then? I'm serious when I say I'll paypal you money if you can find me a couple legitimate job openings in this area. Perhaps you care to explain why it is so bad to live with your parents into your 20's? My sister was 24 when she went on her own. She has a MBA from Michigan and makes close to 60k a year. Hell she didn't even have a job till she was like 20.
heres an idea, get off your fatass and go look for a job! im not the one thats 22, still living at home with mommy and daddy, and trying to play it off like

"oh well, you find me a job then"

what are you 16? thats something i wouldve told my parents when they said get a job so you can pay for your own car... if you havent even developed enough skills to go out and get a decent job then you seriously fail at life

kthxbye //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

So you have moved out, moved back, moved out, moved back? That's just a lot of manual labor I'm not willing to do. I hope you don't have a lot of stuff.
Left immediately after high school and went to Detroit but was too immature to make it on my own. Later I went to Florida for an internship and got kicked out.

I wouldn't want to show many of those girls where I live.

They may try to stay.

I would be more than willing to pay half....I just don't think it's worth it to pay the whole thing.

But see I have 2 cars, a shop full of tools and all kinds of things. I don't really see an apartment in my future. Which is why I am trying to move straight to a house. But then, I will be going out of state for my MBA next year. Why move out, just to move out again?

The point I was trying to make *******, was there aren't any jobs in Northern Michigan that offer benefits. I'm staying here till I finish school in December and then I'll have a degree and can look in another area. Michigan has the highest unemployment rate in the country, over half the population is in the Metro Detroit area, so no big business is in the rural part of the state where I live, and the economy in Detroit is fueled by the auto industry, which is not doing good.

Take a look at all the plentiful jobs in my area http://crawfordcountyavalanche.com/classifieds/employment/

I could be a panzy like you and take the easy way and join the air force and ask the government to pay for everything.

You still haven't explained what's wrong with living at home.

dude. i got 2 car's, a shop, tool's, 2 snowmobiles. i was in the market for a house. but that takes awhile!!!

if ur gunna stay at home but you want to buy a house. i segest you start gettin the ball rolliong on getting a house because it takes TIME!! once you find the house and throw money at it it still takes about a month to finalize everything.

but yea if ur gunna be going somewhere i would take advantage of liveing at home allso...
