Here in SWMO, we can buy a house with around 2k square feet for around $175k. Just a small "starter" home would cost around $75k.

Here in Florida, I paid $150,000 for a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2180 sq.ft. home built on 8 acres of land... my land taxes are around $1200 a year, no state taxes, no snow!

Fully loaded.... if someones car is broken into on my property, my home owners insurance covers it. I'm non costal and in a rural area... it helps a lot. My buddys insurance on his beach place is around $7200 a year.

this is ridiculous sending money over seas.. We have MORE then enough homeless and in need of many essentials right here in the US of A ... we got out own problems.. no one helps us out when we need it like we help others...

honestly id start an audio business. not just car audio first and foremost it would be about instuments, I would put guitar center to shame, they are horrible. but i would incorporate home audio car audio and instruments all into one place. and have people that actually know what they are talking about and try to offer the best prices and trade in values so people will choose my store to give their business to thus making up for selling things cheaper. to me its not so much about staying rich as much as just living comfortably and happily. 1 million dollars would last me my whole life and then some because i dont need stupid things that other people with lots of money buy.
