even though something basic would cost me 400 bucks...thats 325 dollars id rather put towards an iraggi alty or some kenetiks.......i love my hubs...

but you gotta admit FOR HUBCAPS, they aren't that bad lookin

nooooooooooooooooooooo. if i bought some spinner hubcaps then yes......even if i bought fully chromed out hubcaps then yes....but i like the mainly grey with small parts of chrome. it's rather subtle and fitting i think. if i got some fully chrome ones that were OBVIOUS hubcaps then itd make the vdubs look bad. but this isnt nearly as hanious as you guys make it out to me. azbass i like ur rims, but i just cant see myself spending the extra hundred(s) for something like looks close to the same.....and the original vw hubs were cracked and shasty looking, these are sleek

trust me. it is nothing like the same. having hubs with that big nasty black steel showing from behind sucks. be being able to see through your rims and check out your calipers (maybe paint um) it much nicer. gives you pride in your ride.

i think chrome would look flame on ur golf. stay away from them. brushed steel rims would really set it off
