i've noticed the only time i can listen to my system at the volume i want is during the day. I have my radios access wire hooked up to my car's parking lights lol due to the other wire being shorted somewhere so i have to turn on my cars parking lights to listen to the radio during the day. At night time it comes on when the sensor autodetects the sun down but the headlights of course also come on. When at the same volume the system played fine on during the day is played on during the night with the headlights on the headunit skips like the disc is all scratched. **** thats a run on sentence... anyway could having the headlights on be causing my HU to not get the power it needs to keep it's disc reading motor functioning due to the headlights using the same wire or something? or could the alt be going out?
