HU or external 3 way x-over?

I am going active. I have come across two sweet deals and can't decide which will reap more benefits.

a) Clarion HU CZ702 with Time Alignment, 5 band EQ, 3 way crossover, 5 volt preouts. $189.99

b) Some other HU and Cadence CXR7 3 way external crossover. $50 shipped

It seems like it would be an easy choice (a). I just want to make sure I am making the right one.

Naw I kinda stick with eclipse when it comes to HU's. But if it has what u want and fits ur budget then get it.
