Hi everyone, I am looking for a head unit for my car. I do not know very much about this stuff though, so I don't want to get ripped off by just going into a shop and asking them...so, what is the best head unit on the market? Price doesn't matter, I just want to know what the best one is? Thank you in advance.

Yea. Id say the Alpine units, and/or the Eclipse units. They boast 8v pre-outs for amplifiers. better signal clarity than the standard 4v pre-outs everyone else offers. Id still argue Alpine b/c Eclipse HU's look oogaly, and get stolen alot.
