Yes.

Settings in the HU can affect that.

Assuming you set your gain/etc correctly, and you haven't adjusted anything within the HU....no, not really.

It will make it bump harder but not overal. If you turn your bass up with your volume down it will make it louder but will clip at higher volume!

alright. i was going to buy a new deck. but i have a pretty good pioneer right now. But im still looking for a flip out deck that i would like to trade for NIB ion paintball gun.
