HU Alt whine even without RCA's hooked up

For some odd reason I am getting real bad alt whine thru my speakers, and it even happens wen I unhook the rcas..I have tried grounding to the body, etc and nothing seems to fix the problem

Well you narrowed it down to the amp, so it's either your ground up front, your ground in the rear, or the amp itself. Pics of your grounds right meow!
