HT?What is it?

I hear people talkin bout HT setups,and I would just like to know what it is and what are the pros and cons of it.Thanks for any input

HT= Home theater...

aka, not car audio.

the advantage would be that its in your house, not a car.

Are you talking about home theater setups?

If so, there are no real "pros" or "cons" to it...just personal preference as to what you like to use your system for. If you mostly listen to two channel stereo music, you won't need to invest as much in a 5.1 or 7.1 surround setup as someone who doesn't listen to music but watches a lot of DVD's.

hehe, i still have a lot invested in mine. i almost got mcintosh stuff, but the dealer was too arrogant for my taste, so i ordered all my stuff and installed it myself.
