how would you flare this?

i think i know how i am going to put a flare on these but im curious how some of you guys would go about it. i can do fiberglass by fleecing the flare might be a pain in the *** tho and not worth it really.

i could do mdf flares on the ends which will be the easiest and quickest.

or i could do?

Glue increasingly larger rings on one side then fill in the step gaps with bondo and sand.

ya saw that on a website, trying to keep weight down too though on next build my rear end sags like a ***** on my car. would there be a noticeable difference in air moved from a large psp style flare to a single round over edge from a router?

side question baltic birch is lighter then mdf isnt it?
